Air Conditioning is a major concern here in Florida. Finding good service goes along with
that. I'm so thankful to have your establishment servicing our unit. This Thursday (6-4) we had a crisis of the AC not working and the weather in the 90's! Your people, from the receptionist to the repair man

During the weekend of 15-16 August our son noticed a leakage from the air conditioner; since we were departing the area, to take our
son to college, our only resort was to turn the system off until our return. Sunday evening, 16 August, we returned - to a warm home -- and sincere concerns about the entire system, problem, and repair. On Monday
morning, 17 August, I copied the business information from our thermostat unit and my husband placed a call to your business office. From the initial telephone contact with a most pleasant and helpful lady, to the repairman
who, thankfully, was able to provide same-day service, to the follow-up courtesy call last week; the entire experience was made to be much less stressful by the professional, prompt, and polite service provided by your
personnel.
