I have always appreciated your prompt and complete service provided at both my home and office for approximately fifteen years or more.


I especially want to thank you for installing my new 16 SEER 5 ton unit when we moved two years ago and although it was almost identical size in living space we have reduced our electric service charges almost in half for most of the months since our move. It seems it will only be a short time hence and the savings will have paid for the new unit in its entirety. Your professional service is highly appreciated.

I wanted to take a moment to share some positive thoughts about your business!

As business owners, a lot of times all we hear are the bad things. Here are some good things!

I have had the service agreement for the two air conditioners on my office building since I built the buildings 2003. Every month I have a well dressed professional technicians(that includes a smile) come to my office to change my A/C filters and make sure everything is running properly. I have had to request some airflow changes in individual offices from time to time as well. Your technicians are always professional, well trained and knowledgeable. When it is time to complete the service, your folks do a great job. In fact they are so unobtrusive that I only know they are here because the Ken Hope Air Conditionings truck is parked in my driveway!

I run a busy office. I cannot afford to have down time because of broken air conditioners. The service is taken care of on a regular basis by well trained technicians. If anything does happen – you are there for me.

I appreciate your quality service and I look forward to our continued relationship.

Ken Hope A/C & Heating, a local authorized Trane heating and air conditioning dealer, received national recognition for outstanding performance in 1997.  Ken Hope A/C & Heating recently received the award at Trane's Annual Dealer Meeting which was held at the Belleview Resort in Clearwater.

Kevin Carlile, Trane's West Florida General Manager, stated "This distinguished dealer award is given only to the top 10% of Trane dealers nationally.  Ken Hope A/C & Heating is known for quality workmanship, superior customer service and contributing to the local community.  This national award is one that Ken Hope A/C & Heating will look at with pride for many years to come."

The Awards Ceremony was attended by over 225 people.  The event included Trane's annual business review, reception, dinner and awards ceremony.

I want to take this opportunity to commend you and your company for the outstanding work you have done for us here at the Chamber.  You solved an almost 7 year air conditioning problem that no one else was able to fix at a cost that was reasonable and within our budget constraints.  Your people are always courteous, professional, and on time for any situation that arises and we truly appreciate it.  You have worked hard to build the reputation you have in the community and we are very proud to have your company as a member.

I also want to thank you from a personal perspective for the quick response and extremely reasonable charges for emergency and after hours repair at my home.  Air conditioning problems on a Saturday in the middle of August are not anything any of us want but with a company as responsive as yours, especially during your busiest time of the year, it was painless.
