He has been self-employed since 1986. He started out as a duct mechanic and then spent several years as a service technician. Our Service Manager, Steve Revels has worked for Ken since 1986, also starting out as a duct mechanic and moving into the Service Department within a few years. Mardi manages the business affairs. She has over 30 years of accounting experience and 18 years in business finance. Cindy Revels joined KHAC in April 2002 as Office Manager. She was formerly with USAA Insurance for 12 years. This ensures that our customers are getting the service they expect and deserve. That’s why we offer service calls seven days a week. Our regular service hours, without overtime charges are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm and Saturday from 8 am to 5 pm. We have a technician on call every Sunday until 3 pm. We target East and South Hillsborough County and South Tampa as our main service areas. We can provide service more promptly and efficiently since most of our work is in this concentrated area.

8. We Offer Planned Maintenance
When you purchase one of our Residential Energy Savings Agreements you will receive two Precision Tune Ups each year, one every 6 months. This is what most equipment manufacturers recommend. The tune-ups consist of a very thorough cleaning and several adjustments to ensure that your system is working at its most efficient level. We even wax the outside unit. When the tune-ups are due we notify our customers by phone or mail so they don’t have to keep track.
Our Commercial Energy Savings Agreements are customized to the needs of each business. Some businesses only have two tune-ups each year, while others prefer to have KHAC to also change the filters each month. Multiple units are not a problem, since we keep track of each individual system.
